What is Dinero?

Dinero is a web app that allows The Spot members to quickly pay for the catering Services (Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon snack). With Dinero, users will able to:

• Purchase subscriptions and top-up credits
• See active subscriptions (ex: all-day catering) and credit balance
• Use subscription or credits to generate a QR code that will be scanned before each meal

Why we decided to implement Dinero?

• To have a better track of members using our canteen
• To plan more efficiently
• To give users more transparency about subscriptions they want to buy and when
• To offer a quicker solution for catering payment

What are the main changes for TheSpot users?

• Qerko will no longer offer catering options. However, you should still use Qerko to pay for coffee and fridge beverages.
• Credits or Subscription needs to be purchased before using our canteen services. Invoiced members will be assigned Subscription automatically.
• Before each meal, users have to generate a QR code in the app and scan it at the terminal. The screen will display the response based on your credit balance or active subscription.

2. Setting up your Account & Mobile Application

• The application is developed as PWA (progressive web application) which fully resides in your phone’s web browser.
• It can be added to your Home Screen to act just like any other APP you would download from the store.

2.1 Accept the Invitation

1. You will receive an Email invitation from [email protected]. Click on “Accept invitation”. *Invitation will be delivered to the email address used for the Skypark App (building access)

   

2. Create your password (min. 6 characters) and accept the GDPR. Click on “Finish registration”. *Accepting the GDPR is no longer required

   

3. You will be redirected to your new account. It is fully functional and you may use it to pay for the meals. **See how below ⬇️** *For the best experience, we recommend adding this APP to your Home Screen, continue below for tutorial.

   

2.2 Add to your Home Screen

In order to make the application work, you need to launch in one of the supported browsers.
